(hereinafter “the Firm”), with address at Ricardo Margain Zozaya 335, Torre Equus 2, Floor 4, Colonia Valle Del Campestre, Zip Code 66265, in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León; is responsible for the use and protection of personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations (hereinafter "the Law").

 

The Firm makes this Privacy Notice available to you in order to publicize its practices when obtaining, using, storing and, in general, processing personal data.


 

Personal data collected.

 

When browsing our website, personal data may not be provided, however, there are certain sections within it where data can be voluntarily provided. Such data may be collected in different situations, for example, when providing your curricular information, when sending an email, when registering to contact the Firm, as well as those provided to establish a legal relationship.

Personal data of minors and incapable persons is not intentionally collected without the express consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives. Purpose of the use of Personal Data.

 

The Personal Data provided is used for necessary purposes depending on the legal relationship that exists, guaranteeing at all times with the provisions of article 36 of the Law.

 

 Personal Data will generally be used for the development of legal consultations, preparation of legal instruments, marketing, commercial prospecting, and the provision of professional services in general that are entrusted.


 

Transfer of Personal Data.

 

The Firm may transfer your personal data to third parties with whom it maintains a legal relationship, solely in order to fulfill the purposes described in the Privacy Notice. The Firm may also transfer your personal data in the cases specifically provided for in the Law.

 

 

 

Rights with respect to your Personal Data.

 

Being the owner of Personal Data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition (“ARCO” rights) before the Person Responsible for Personal Data of the Firm. Likewise, you can revoke, at any time, the consent you have granted and that is necessary for the processing of said data, as well as limit the use or disclosure of the same.
