In Mr. Díaz's professional practice audits have been successfully carried out with Mexican tax authorities in relation to the determination of tax credits. As part of his professional practice, Mr. Díaz has provided legal advice on foreign investment matters, and procedures before the National Migration Institute, as well as advised companies on contentious customs matters.

 

 Mr. Díaz is a graduate of the Law Degree of the Faculty of Law and Criminology of the Autonomous University of Nuevo León.
